You get three free replacements per month. Replacement happens within a few hours of your report. The backup BM is already included in the Box.
What spending limit can I expect?

Why don't you take a percentage of spend?
Because it punishes the people who scale. Infrastructure cost doesn't grow with your spend, so there's no reason the price should.
